Futurity Information

For your convenience use our fillable forms for your entry. Some browsers have built-in PDF viewers. These PDF viewers often have issues doing the calculations so we highly recommend downloading/saving the PDFs to your computer BEFORE filling them out.

The Triple Challenge Futurity is open to all breeds. Entries do not need to be in the stallion trust program to show. If a yearling, two year old or three year old entry is by a stallion that has been sold through the stallion trust program for the current year, that entry is eligible for both futurity and trust purses. No additional entry forms are required. Be sure to include all information on the enclosed entry blank, especially the sire. We cannot be responsible for purses not paid because of incomplete entries.

All classes are one go-round with four judges. The low score will be dropped for the placings. The low score will be recovered for the paybacks. 55% to 80% of entries will be jackpotted in addition to the added money.

NSBA Approved Classes

NEW!!! If you enter any NSBA Futurity classes you need to get your NSBA certificate of eligibility or BCF SIF certificate. You may provide a copy of that certificate to enter the class. All NSBA approved classes will be run in accordance with NSBA eligibility rules. Please be sure you are eligible before entering. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to check their eligibility for a particular class.

Classes and Fees

All Futurity payments must be postmarked by the due date. Entries can be made up until the day of the show, however the sooner you enter, the less you pay! Click Here to download the Futurity Flyer complete with class list, payment schedule, and other important information. Stall reservations must be included with entries. 5 bags of shavings are included in the price of the stall.

Stakes Sale Classes

Entered yearlings must pass through the sale ring to be eligible in the program. They will be eligible to show for no entry fee as maiden 2yr old for the Stakes purses money and the additional purse from Harris Challenge. They will be eligible to show as 3yr old in our NEW Open and NP WP within their Stakes sale group that didn't get to show as a 2yr old. We will add $5000 ($500 entry fee) to the Open & Ltd Open divisions and $3000 ($375 entry fee) to the NP division.
